Topic: Post-Patch Problem With Build Tube Cmd

After installing the patch, I have to admit, I was pleased with 90% of the improvements, however, I've run into a problem. When hitting CTRL-T, to command a former to autobuild a tube to a city, I no longer get the city list, rather, I get an arrow that will allow me to click to where I want to build the tube to. This can be useful, unless I want to build the tube to a city that is a tedious distance away to scroll to - I wonder if this is purposeful, due to my settings, or a glitch - I'd actually like to have both options, but the build to list would be my ultimate choice, if I had to choose between the two options. Any input appreciated.Cheers, Grimalkin

well, i don't think these much difference is there?... i mean it's going to be troublesome trying to remember another hotkey, i think this game has a lot of shortcut keys already. since there is no difference in using the old Ctrl-T and now.just a thought |

Yes,that would be true, if the original version didn't HAVE the popup menu to begin with. The situation is, after I installed the patch, the popup menu no longer comes up,only a pointer arrow, which can waste time, etc - the arrow is nice, but if I had to choose b/t the two, I'd choose the way it originally was. I'm looking to see if this is the same for everyone, or if the popup menu got ctrl-t actually comes up for those who installed the patch.Grim |
