The game keeps crashing on me. I get this error message with the "Terran" title. Its gives me the choice to close or ignor, usally I can ignor it and keep playing long enough to save the game. I have made changes such as: installing directx 6.0, disabling special effects, and freeing up plenty of space on my hard drive. The crashes aare less frequent but they eventually reappear. Got any suggestions?

Sure. Firstly, check the readme.txt "tweaking" section on setting oldvoxel to 0. That fixes symptoms very similar to yours. Next, send me your system specs and if you can discern any pattern to the crashes. Also detail explicitly in that email what you've already tried.
