One of these bugs is an exploit. I hope nobody uses this for their own gains. I play only multiplayer and we banned the use of this exploit.

Artillery can shoot any visible square on the map. This means, it does not have a 2 distance attack. Artillery can attack any square you have mapped.

The exploit is caused by pressing the F to fire and then clicking without moving your mouse. You must move your mouse to the spot to fire at and have the artillery active to fire. If you move your mouse between pressing F to fire and clicking, then the crosshairs will dissappear.

It is tricky, but a player stripped all my boreholes and farms from my cities in a few turns with hordes of artillery.

After playing roughly 30 games of multiplayer, we have found that crawlers sometimes cause one of the player's turns an infinite loop.

What happens is they go to move multiple crawlers and the game decides to re-synch. After re-synching, all the crawlers are back to their locations prior to your moving them. Repeat and the same re-synch occurs.

This is just a warning to those of you who want to use large amounts of crawlers. You will cause the game to "hang" in a turn, since the clock does not go down.
