Soil enrichers and condensers do not give a +1 nutrient bonus as stated in the manual and datalinks; instead they give a +50% nutrient bonus (rounded down). If you have both in a square, the 50% of one is calculated on top of the other. For example, if you build farm, soil enricher and condenser in a moist square (turned rainy by condenser), you get [[3*1.5]*1.5] = [4*1.5] = 6 nutrients (3 is the base value for rainy/farm, [x] = x rounded down). If the square also has nutrient bonus, you get [[5*1.5]*1.5] = 10 nutrients; and if it has nutrient bonus and jungle, you get [[6*1.5]*1.5] = 13 nutrients, from just one square!

I am not sure if it is a bug or a late change in the game, but if it is a late change, Firaxis should correct the description in the datalinks.
