Is there an official bug listing or upcoming
list of fixes for the next patch. I have
a list of things that I've found to have trouble with, but this huge forum does not seem very conducive for problem solving.

I'll second that Johnny :-)
Also add workaround's, if possible, to the list would be a godsend!

Err, while I'm here, also the European patch would be helpful!!!

I would assume that the list would come with the patch. But yes, depending on how much longer we have to wait for them (both U.S. and European versions), I would like to see a page put up of the probs and enhancements added, no matter how long the list is.

To add my vote...

I suspect that it's taking so long to for the European version to come out b/c Firaxis was trying to include everything that is in the U.S. v3.0 as well as v2.0. That way they wouldn't have to go thru the trouble of releasing 2 European patches, which would take longer too. I think this is obvious (don't know if Firaxis has said this), but the way some people are criticizing them, many people don't seem to think about this. I know Europeans just want to get on with playing the game, but this is a form of better service - even tho Firaxis could do better in the way of releasing statements.

But then, many of us in the U.S. are having a very hard time finishing a game as well, me included. I can't wait for U.S. v3.0 to come out; i'm hoping it will fix at least some of the problems I'm having, most if I'm lucky. 2.0 gave some nice features, but for me, it's seems to have caused more problems that it's worth. I can't find anything on my system that fixes the probs, I've done everything that's been suggested on this forum and more so many times.

Incidentally, in case anyone has any consideration for European feeling at Firaxis, do you know both date and time are reported incorrectly for global audience?

I could be rude, I really could be, but I'll wait and see wait happens first...

ihegerty, do you mean the date and time on the forums? If it's any consolation, the time is `wrong' also for everyone in the other three US timezones.

Bah! It states the time is ET. That means the time is correct under that timezone.

As for the patch, it does seem likely that they are working their fixes 2.0 and 3.0 in to the EU patch.

Actually it may have been a good idea for the developer of the BB software (not being Firaxis)to have set the time to GMT since that is a norm, or at least it was. And since the audience of most of these forums are global. I don't remember if the operators of the forum (being Firaxis)are given the option to change the time zone (and I'm too tired at the moment to visit the BB company's site to refresh my memory). But I tend to think that there is no option b/c the time is even wrong in the zone Firaxis is in - unless jkm is running the forum from the East Coast like his profile says.

But I don't think it matters to most people as every time zone can't be noted. I don't really care if it says ET, PT, GMT, or one of the Siberian time zones. As long as it has the time and I know how many hours to subtract or add. To me, it just gives me a general idea as to the time frames people post in. But yes, to respect the global audience, there should be an option to change the time zone, but that is not an issue for this forum, so I'll stop here.

Not to be too anal, but the US has Eastern, Central,Mountain,Pacific,Yukon and Hawaiian time zones....that would total 6!
