I mentioned this bug in a reply elsewhere, but thought it important enough to give its own topic:

When an ally sends multiple probe teams into a single square of your territory repatriation is not permitted; instead, an attack is required, which in turn requires a treaty violation.

This is probably a bug, but if it isn't it should at least be considered an act of war to send multiple probe teams into a single square of another faction's territory so that blame goes to the right place.
