The manual got rave reviews in the media.
Where is the Index???????
Without an index the manual is pretty much a waste of paper.

I thought it was interesting that Firaxis suggests that you not read the manual and jump right into the game with the tutorials. I assumed they did this because they intended the manual to be more of a reference than a getting started manual, but the lack of an index really puzzled me.

Given that the table of contents references the index in the back.. Firaxis obviously originally intended to include one.. couldn't you please put one up on this site?
(but I personally would understand if getting certain patches tested and distributed first is a higher priority!)
