I don't know if this is a bug or not, but the notification of an AI nearly completing a secret project seems to be random. Sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn't. I personally like the message, as I can then spend money to complete the project if I am also building it. If it isn't a bug, would it be too much to ask to add 'Always notify of AI Secret Project Status' to the game options, like blind tech. |

The computer can hurry secret project construction also. This is most likely what happened. |
