Anyone have this problem and sucessfully fix it?
I've had it on two separate computers.

Is it the patching software that is crashing? Try doing a fresh install of the game then apply the patch. If the crash is after applying the patch, where?

It crashes right after I click on the update icon to run the update.
It does this on both of my computers.
