No sound at all after intro. I tried directX 6.0, then directX 6.1 but nothing.
How I get my money back?

What's your soundcard? What version of the game are you using? If you're set on returning the game, contact the Warrenty email/phone number in the back of the install guide.

I had the same problem, I switched my IRQ on the SoundBlaster from 5 to 7. Then voila! Sound! It told me that the Printer was using IRQ 7, but upon a reboot the printer automatically switched to IRQ 5.
