Folks, I can't seem to get Alpha Centauri to run at all. When I start the game, I get the error: TERRAN caused an invalid page fault in module WINMM.DLL at 015f:bfe16633 I have the UK version of the game, and I've tried the UK patch, to no effect. I've also tried grabbing the US version of terran.exe, and patching that with the US patch, but no joy. Anyone have any idea what's causing this? |

Winmm.dll is related to your DX support. What's your hardware? Try running DXDiag.exe and see what it thinks. If you see and "!" or notes about old drivers, download DX 6.1 from www.microsoft.com/directx. jkm firaxis games |
