Make sure that economic victory is not disabled in the custom rules. Hit ctrl-k, the yes, then shift-f10. jkm firaxis games |

You also have to have enough money to perform the action as well as wait 20 years for it to happen. |

Economic victory is not disabled and I own over 100,000 credits plus most of the world |

I am having this same problem- I could e-mail Firaxis the saved game to have a look at...of course I don't know where to send it. |
